IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants) is seeking passionate volunteer members to join your IMA local community leadership team.  We have openings for many different volunteer opportunities that are short and/or long-term.  
 
Local chapter/council engagement with IMA offers professional networking opportunities with finance professionals and companies in your community; professional development opportunities to improve your finance and leadership competencies to help in your career; opportunities to build your project planning and presentation skills in a safe environment. Come out and join your local leadership team to be part of empowering the profession and helping others achieve their professional goals while building your network.

As a Chapter/Council Board member, you will help drive the success of our local IMA community by:

• Planning and coordinating chapter activities.
• Engaging members to ensure a high-quality member experience
• Representing the IMA mission and vision as an ambassador in the region.

Board roles include (but are not limited to): Chapter Chair, Chapter Communications Lead, Chapter Administrator, and Chapter Treasurer. We also have other flexible volunteer opportunities available.  All chapter and council volunteers must be active IMA members in good standing and demonstrate a commitment to the responsibilities of care, loyalty, and compliance with IMA’s policies.
